Ofrecen atracciones que se pueden visitar en buses turísticos y en otros vehículos que conocemos como Chivas también algunos diseñados a manera de tranvías, de barcos piratas, en lanchas, yates, barcos e inclusive es puerto de cruceros

Experiencia fantástica: Loved staying at their properties in centro, every time we have friends over we only recommend this company! The house we stayed at was fantastic, beautiful pool, very comfortable bedrooms and an amazing design. Without a doubt will stay there again.

Experiencia positiva: La ciudad es una muestra ejemplar del espíritu latinoamericano y su pasado colonial. El centro histórico es majestuoso más allá del evidente espíritu comercial dedicado a expoliar al turista. El malecón y sus clubes de yates alternan junto al paseo de sus habitantes, la enorme desigualdad de la sociedad de este y de tantos países de América Latina. No obstante, la grandeza de esta ciudad está en su gente. En su espíritu generoso y gentil. Cartagena es un lugar que vale la pena visitar.

Experiencia fantástica: Spent 10 days in Cartagena with an excellent and varied programme devised by TiC. Good choice of beaches ( liked Blue Apple Beach followed by Fenix), interesting cooking course and delicious Ceviche Tour. Would strongly recommend TiC as the people to plan your stay in and around Cartagena.

Experiencia negativa: I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with This is Cartagena. I had booked a trip to Blue Apple Beach through this company for a Sunday, i got an email confirming that i was all set and ready to go for me and 3 other people. I then received an email the next day saying unfortunately there is no availability for Sunday (after i already got a confirmation) and was asked if i would like to go Monday, and without an argument i said no problem. I received a confirmation to meet at their office at 10:30AM, and that's exactly what i did. The office was closed (due to a holiday that i would have no idea about because i was just vacationing and it was never mentioned when they had me move my reservation to this day) So we called and called and then i emailed and finally got a hold of someone and they said they were having someone come pick us up, and would refund me for the at least the transportation. At this point my friends and i have already got in a taxi to get on a boat to make sure we can enjoy the day at the island we had all paid for already, not only did we have to pay for a taxi, we had to pay a decent amount of money to get us to an island by a different boat. Not only did they refuse to refund me for what was their mistake after they said they would, they ignored my last email asking them to reconsider that decision. So for anyone visiting Colombia, i don't recommend going through this company, Blue Apple Beach was great once we were there so i would just find another way to get there so you don't have to pay double like we did.

Experiencia positiva: I did two tours with them. They were very helpful on both occasions. The Rosario islands was nice but pretty basic. The Tierra Bomba bike tour was great. It was fun and informative. The tour guides, Valerie and Cindy, were very helpful and went over the top to help.

Los paquetes que ofrecen son exclusivos, sus precios son en dólares y algo superiores a los promedio que se encuentran en las demás agencias, no obstante esto no representa ningún factor en contra dado que el paquete turístico ofrecido es de primera clase. Los lugares ofrecidos son excelentes, se maneja una excelente atencion al cliente, calidad de primera en las instalaciones, exclusividad total (tendrás espacio, tranquilidad y respiro, nada de multitudes en un solo lugar). El servicio ofrecido a sus clientes es impecable, entregando toda la información y brindado ayuda inmediata en cualquier caso, así como un seguimiento y planeamiento de alternativas para disfrutar la estadía, además de un trato cordial y amigable. Experiencia fantástica: One of the best best vacations we've ever taken! Rainbow Nelson and his talented team looked after every detail of our nine days in and around Cartagena. We traveled with our three children and my parents--there was something fun for everyone. This Is Cartagena planned wonderfully creative adventures for us each day, like a treasure hunt for the kids, salsa dancing lessons, chocolate making, floating in a mud volcano, tours through the market and a gondola ride through the mangroves. They arranged for daily Spanish lessons (Gustavo was fantastic with the kids!) and private tours with dynamic, talented guides (Ronaldo and Alex!). We chose Colombia because we hoped to expose our children to other cultures and ways of life. I'll admit I was a little nervous to travel there, but we felt safe at every moment--and I appreciated the efforts they made to Introduce us to aspects of real life in Cartagena, beyond the typical tourist experiences. It left a lasting impact upon us all! The accommodations were great. We loved the Casa Hobo and the amazing staff! Excellent food at every meal--we dined in several times and were treated to traditional Colombian cuisine. The week also included several meals out on the town arranged by This is Cartagena. They planned for a range of dining experiences that were occasionally adventous, but always delicious! Our three days at a private beach retreat were heavenly! The place came equipt with a beautiful pool overlooking the Caribbean, food served up under the palm trees, and daily excursions on speedboats to explore the nearby islands. It was paradise! What luck we had finding Rainbow and his team. We were so well looked after--leaving it all to come home was the hardest part!

We went around for 3 hours and he even took us to another area that was not included after the tour was supposed to have finished it was very kind of him. I would recommend you do the tour here as they are very professional and knowledgeable.

Desde el momento de la reservación el equipo es excelente en su servicio y comunicación así como los tours son increíbles. Tienen una amplia variedad de tours así como servicio de reservación de hotel e información sobre Cartagena. Mi experiencia fue excelente con esta agencia y suelo ser bastante crítico con los tours pero si estas pensando están visitar Cartagena no dudes y contacta a esta agencia. I didn spect to find such an amazing places so close to Cartagena as most of what you read when you come over is about the historic spots and Islas del Rosario. Well This is Cartagena will take you to the islands but in a less crowed way, much more comfortable, and you will visit fantastic spots. Definitelly a day in paradise, perfect to relax, doing snorkeling, relaxing in a yate and a beach, and having lunch at at beach club with a beach and a pool in case you preffer som sweet water. Plus the staff is sooo nice!

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for an impeccable experience while traveling to Cartagena, I highly recommend using This Is Cartagena. As a non-Spanish speaking individual, their site was easy to use and we booked our two excursions without any hiccups. We booked one trip in the wee hours of the night and were still able to take our early morning tour. The excursions that they offer range from high end "Your Day in Paradise" to exploring gritty city life "The Real Cartagena" (the two we took). The Day in Paradise trip was perfect. We had nice weather to travel by boat to the islands, delicious Colombian meal, and the fellow cohort of travelers were friendly. It was so relaxing, I ended falling asleep in my beach chair right on the beach front. Now, the Real Cartagena tour was off the chain. This is reminiscent of a busy day living in NYC (think Chinatown). This day was the highlight of my entire trip to Cartagena. Highly recommended. You have to take this tour. I am a people person and the employees of This is Cartagena seal the deal. I can't speak enough to how kind and protective, Carlijn and Christian were while they served as our guides. They translated for us, bargained for us, and ensured that we had a great time in Colombia. Hopes this helps! Enjoy your future travels.

The quide, Ronald, spoke excellent English en was very thoughtfull of the needs of tourists not accustomed to the heat. He told us many stories about the history of the city, memorable events and famous people that once lived in Cartagena. At the beginning of the tour he asked us about our interests so that he could tailor the walk to our preferences. I would definitely recommend going on a city tour with This is Cartagena!

Experiencia fantástica: Unos amigos que estuvieron en Cartagena en Diciembre me recomendaron This is Cartagena para organizar la despedida de soltera de una amiga. TIC me ayudó a organizar todo. Fuimos en un yate a las islas del Rosario y la pasamos genial, teníamos alcohol, comida de mar, un Dj y un gran sistema de sonido. Además, pudimos reservar mesas en restaurantes exclusivos que probablemente no hubieramos podido reserar sin la ayuda de TIC, nos ayudaron con una mesa VIP en La Movida! También hicimos un Drinking Tour, donde nos llevaron a conocer los mejores bares y los mejores cócteles. Definitivamente recomendaría This is Cartagena para los que quieran tener una linda experiencia de la hermosa ciudad de Cartagena.
