The boat was beautiful and absolutely huge. We were a group of 11 and it was perfect for all of us to be together without feeling crowded. The crew even helped with some light catering. Experiencia positiva: You all must know the following: 1. Miscommunication of the actual port where we were to meet, so we took Ubers to the supposed destination and then Had to go somewhere else - like to another port. 2. Miscommunication in said port caused us to lose about 3 hours of our day! 3. Boat was really small though. We could not dance on it lol. 4. So like they filled up the gas tank while we were on the boat. Is this common? 5. Beverages were put on the boat while they were filling the gas tank lol. I do believe all of this should have been taken care of before hand. It was a great day despite the rocky start. I never honestly thought I would ever be able to go to the Rosario Islands! Hell I never even heard of them until I got to Cartagena! I had an excellent time! Great people, great experience and I would recommend. Like everything was aligned. ✈️✨

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend booking with them for any excursion. They told us to meet them at an illegal dock and on top of that they were two hours late. Drinks and gas should have all been acquired prior to embarking on our journey, but they gassed the boat and got the drinks WHILE we were on the boat! This took away even more of the time that we were supposed to have on the water and at the Rosario Islands! Our group spent more time stressing and waiting in extreme heat rather than actually enjoying our excursion. They do not care about your experience but will gladly take your money if you allow them. Please look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I really cannot recommend working with Nauty360 in Cartagena for the Rosario Islands. The whole experience from start to finish was a disaster and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. On my first trip with them, our boat was delayed nearly 2 hours, we were sent to an illegal dock before having to move to another one. Our captain was fueling up and buying the beverages after we arrived when they said it would be done before. We were taken to a beach where we had to pay instead of one of the many free beaches and it was just an overall very stressful experience. The communication with Nauty360 was subpar and I was only notified of issues when I specifically asked about them. When I approached the company with these issues, they said that this had never happened before and they had no control over what the captain does which really doesn’t instill much confidence in the consumer. If we’re entrusting the company to provide us with a good boat provider, how can the company have no idea what goes on behind the scenes? When I wanted to cancel my second booking with them after having time to reflect on my first experience with them, I was told that I had no motive for wanting to cancel (despite all the issues outlined above) which let me know that they have very little understanding of customer service and care more about profit than the satisfaction of their customers. I was told that I should’ve canceled earlier and I was even laughed at on the phone for explaining my frustrations which is not only highly unprofessional, but just plain rude. The second trip went better but again, communication was poor and the company failed to let me know that the charter was based on the time of day (9-5) rather than hourly (8 hours). Seeing as the first experience went from 10:30-6:30, I assumed we would be able to do the same for the second trip but clearly that was not the case and we were brought back at 5. There were several opportunities for this to have been clearly mentioned but of course, this did not happen and I ended up with a surprise when our trip ended 1.5 hours earlier than I had anticipated. When I brought this up to the company, there was zero accountability and nearly all of the blame was put on me. Overall, I have never been so dissatisfied with a company as much as I have with Nauty360 and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: We were picked up two hours late, and we had to Uber to a second location to board because they attempted to dock at an illegal port and the coast guard made them relocate. They also didn’t have the boat gassed up or the drinks on board so we sat while they got gas and drinks. I fully recognize my privilege to enjoy this service, but I think the punctuality especially in that kind of what is very important.

Experiencia negativa: This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. We booked this company for a visit to the Rosario Islands in Cartagena, Colombia. We were scheduled for the boat ride at 9am. The group arrived to the dock at 9am. We waited for 30 minutes and contacted the company and they said they were fueling up the boat and getting the drinks, which would take another 10-15 minutes. Then, it was 10 am and still no boat. Finally, at 10:30 am, the boat started to arrive at the dock. The coast guard was nearby and pulled over the boat because the dock was illegal and they were not allowed to pick up passengers from this dock. Because of this, we had to Uber a group of 13 people to another dock to board the boat. We went to the second dock and finally boarded the boat at 10:47 am. Once we were on the boat, they had to stop to get fuel and the drinks that they already should’ve had. This took about 15 minutes. Finally, we were on our way to the Rosario Islands. Our first stop was in the middle of the ocean because all the beaches were private. Then they took us to lunch. After lunch, the group wanted to go to an actual beach. At this beach, we discovered that we had to pay $50 to be there. Overall, this company is unprofessional and horrible. I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Do NOT choose this company, it’s a waste of time and money.

He provided detailed information ahead of time and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. The rental included the marina fee which was helpful. I sent the passengers info and ID numbers, and he added us to the marina list. The crew was very pleasant and attentive. I recommend this company. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Rented a 10 pax speed boat via Nauty 360 and the entire experience was top notch. The process to reserve and make the payment was both seamless and secure. The boat was newer and in great condition which we had at our disposal from 9am until 5pm. The boat captain was very knowledgeable of the area and suggested great places to go see and swim in islas del Rosario. Nauty went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary and even helped making our lunch reservation in Baru. We will definitely use them for our future boating needs.
